Great to see another college student interested in Real Estate as well. I'm a current student at Arizona State University completing my undergrad with plans to pursue my MBA in Real Estate as well. Living in Iowa with so much rural land dedicated to farming, have you ever found interest in land investment? From my experience, this is the area of Real Estate that I intend on pursuing. Areas along the Southwest and into the Midwest are untapped markets for this type of investment. Whatever it is you intend on pursuing, I wish you the best of luck. May I ask what area of Real Estate you are interested in? From my experience in Land Investment, I have found that Minnesota, with all of its rural land, is a great area to begin investing. I recently just got back from a weekend in Rochester. Beautiful this time of year.

The Northwest has been a great area for investing from my experience. Although my particular field is in land investment, I'm sure house flipping is very advantageous there as well. I admire your passion and ambition for such a young investor. Looking forward to interacting with you on the forums!

Based out of Phoenix, AZ, I have completed several deals in the Las Vegas area. Though my area of work is in land investment, I know that wholesaling can be advantageous in that area as well.
