If your goal is to create passive income without becoming a RE agent, there are still several opportunities for you. Personally, I found success in investing in rural land because it is an untapped market and requires much less hassle than traditional real estate investment. But whatever it is you end up pursuing, Bigger Pockets will have all the information you need. One of the best tips I received when I started was to check out the Bigger Pockets Podcast. You will find everything you need and more there.
