Hi Kyle.  It's super important to get hooked up with a great lender and realtor.  You and your partner should discuss how much cash you want to sink into your investment and your ideal return on investment.  Your realtor can help to determine whether it's realistic or not and lead you in the right direction.

Good evening, I'm looking to purchase my first rental. Preferably a multiplex I have a parnter andwe are looking for some direction from an experienced investor. Any assistance would be appreciated. We are looking to do this in the Philly metro area
