You may not realize it however you have hurt a lot of people. The money you took from our builds was for a 5 year old college future. You have 3 children and one just left for college. If you found yourself in a situation where your family's future was designed around an investment, how would you feel?  What would you do to protect them? I'm sure no one here would want to be in this thread talking about their bad experience with a builder. We have all come with the best intentions and were lead to you.  All over your social media you've posted scriptures from the bible. A man of god would do things with integrity, honestly and humility in the interest of all. A famous quote: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is commonly known as The Golden Rule. If you want clients to have empathy for your situation with your company we would expect the same treatment back. The market has changed for both the customers and yourself the builder. It has not been favorable for both parties. There are over 2 dozens of your clients all with different stories but similar situations. We have all been in contact with each other and coming together to take this a step further if we do not find solutions with our relationship with you. We want to believe in the best in you however its been a difficult situation we have all found ourselves in.

Being a stand up man, being human, and understanding you are destroying futures of families and people who had nothing but good intentions to work with you. That's a heavy load to carry over time and sure will come with consequences. I understand it will take more than a message to penetrate the core of your being however i hope you can start to see this situation from a different perspective.

Jeff Beach will be next

I've received about 2 dozen messages in my BP inbox about it. I could barely answer all the messages. I hired an attorney and she recommended at this point with all the problems Blacktip Construction and Jeff Beach are having to file a criminal case against him and registering it with the DOJ. There have been other builders who have had to face criminal charges for doing what Jeff Beach has done to everyone. By all the phone calls they have been receiving in regards to blacktip she thinks the amount of money Jeff has taken is one that could exceed any previous cases that have been brought up criminally in Lee County.

My attorney said hes gotten over 30+ litigations against him, and he has conned so many people out of money its best everyone to start filing criminal complaints against him to hold him accountable. There have been other Florida builders who have pulled off the same as Jeff Beach and are facing criminal charges. There has been dozens from the BP community alone.

File a criminal complaint and send it to the DOJ. Jeff Beach seems to have a lot of money from clients.
