Just a personal opinion Lili Thompson's content on Youtube is great for wholesaling! Why I like what she posts it's as a newbie so she goes through very basic steps. You see her fail and see her succeed. Think she has an 8-part series of her starting in wholesaling that's a year or so old but for me was great for learning. Most real estate people on YouTube post the I have 200 deals and make millions but forget the basics which is what most people want to see and Lili is great at going over it step by step. Pretty sure she was a guest once on Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie Channel too.

I'm looking for a good long term rental property to buy in Las Vegas. Can you shoot me the details? 

Also sorry that happened Vegas is crazy with all the HOA's.
