We just bought a brrrr house in an auction and it has a cat pee smell that we can not rid. We have taken up carpet, sprayed enzymes on floor and just painted the floor with killz. We are running out of options. Any recommendations?

I see where evictions will be prevented in the new executive order, does this mean tenants can not pay and still live in your property? I know the same kind of deal was in place through July and we didn’t face any non payment, does anyone have any insight?

I am looking to do my first flip, what is something you guys look for in a successful flip? Also is there any way I can avoid giving all of my property to the government?
