Hello all, newbie here. I had a quick question. I did some googling, but didn't really receive a straight answer.

I've heard about first time homebuyer benefits, which include a one percent down payment. Is it possible to get a first time homebuyer loan while purchasing an apartment complex? I'd like to purchase an apartment complex as a first time "home" and live in one of the units while renting out the others.

Hope the question was clear enough!

Thanks,

Kyle

Interested in seeing if you have a Scranton electrical license? I am rehabbing a bunch of properties and am in need of someone with good Electrician skills. If you have interest let me know. You can learn the entire real estate business working with our team. BRRR is our primary strategy.

Good luck buddy.

Thanks a bunch. I still have a year of school left, but we should keep in touch in the meantime. I'd love to work and learn with you in the future.

Hello everyone. I'm a poor boy from PA, in the information-gathering stage. I've read multiple books on real estate investing, but have yet to start out. I've just turned 23, and am in school to be an electrician.

What I'd like to accomplish here on BP is to network, and hopefully even find a mentor. I would like to eventually buy properties - using the BRRRR method - and rent them out for the long-term. Of course, discovering sources of capital would be most helpful.

I hope to be able to attain these goals with everyone!

Thanks,

Kyle
