I am a licensed agent with New Western - the largest wholesaler for single family homes in DFW. I would recommend joining facebook groups (DFW Wholesale Investment Real Estate, Dallas Fort Worth Real Estate Buy, Rent, or Invest). This is where many wholesalers post their off-market deals. I would message the people commenting on the deals posted there, as they are typically investors.

I am an agent for investors in DFW. I specialize in off-market distressed single family homes and smaller multifamily (duplexes, triplexes). I think DFW is one of the best markets to get started in Real Estate. If you are looking for rental income, you may have better luck finding cashflowing properties on the westside of town (Fort Worth, Arlington) due to the higher price/rent ratio. Dallas has similar rents to Fort Worth, but prices are much much higher, resulting in a lower cashflow.

I'd love to connect with you and hear more about your strategy!

Great to hear that you are exploring your investment options and learning about the different options you have. The BRRRR method is a great way to quickly build up a rental portfolio and considering you are in one of the fastest appreciating markets in the US, you will be able to profit off of appreciation as well as rental income.

I am a real estate agent for off-market distressed properties here in Fort Worth, Arlington and surrounding areas. We specialize in sourcing distressed/discounted properties for investors. I'd love to connect with you and discuss your strategy further!

Have you ever considered an STR in Arlington? With all the new development around the stadiums, it can be very lucrative and presents room for growth as the area continues to develop. It would also be much easier to manage considering you are currently living in Arlington.

Quote from @John Munoz:

Looking to connect with others in the area who are buying long term rental properties.

I am an agent for investors here in Fort Worth and Arlington. I specialize in off-market distressed real estate. Do you look for rentals on the westside of town? I find that Fort Worth has a much better price/rent ratio and it is easier to find cashflowing properties.

Hello Biggerpockets,

I am a licensed agent for investors. I specialize in off-market distressed real estate, and many of my investors look for fix and flips. I was looking to have a list of good contractors to recommend to my investors for each specific part of a home that needs repair, as many of my investors do not hire general contractors in order to cut down repair costs.

If anyone has connections with contractors for foundation repair, roof repair/replacement, flooring, ext. I have a couple people I recommend currently, but it is always good to have multiple options for my investors to compare.

Good Morning BiggerPockets,

I am an agent for investors here in Fort Worth, Texas. I currently have an Off-Market, package of 10 lots in Fort Worth totaling 1.52 Acres going for $450,000 ($45,000 per lot). These lots have changed zoning to duplex and have been approved by the city. There are plans to build 8 'Townhouse Style' duplexes and have been approved by the city and are ready to build/develop. I can provide the building plans and survey to a builder who is willing to take on the project.

Feel free to call me at (281) 901-9842 for more information.
