We have a consistent flow of distressed properties in need of repairs. They all range from low end fix and flips to larger projects like scrape and builds. We will do the leg work for you so you can get in and focus on the repairs.

We also buy houses with cash. Anyone looking to sell their fixer upper is also welcome to contact.
