Thank you for the insight! Currently looking at lots on west side.  Seeing a lot of new construction rental buildings hitting the market in Bronzeville and the west side, seems to be CMU brick around the sides.

Hello! Curious what everyone’s seeing/thoughts on new construction, smaller multifamily projects as far as costs? Any estimates on price per square foot for standard 3 flat, no basement and basic finishes -3 beds 2 baths? Thanks in advance; this question seems to come up from time to time
