Hey BP, 

Just introducing myself to the forums. My name is Kyle Maxwell, I own Lakeside Pharmacy in town and am looking to get into the Chittenden real estate market. I currently have a beautiful brick tri-plex in the south end hill district under contract, no realtor for this deal.. and I don't plan on stopping there! I am looking for other small multi-family deals and plan to start scaling up. I am also interested in any partnerships/folks trying to trim their portfolio if it's that time in your life. I love this community we have in Burlington and I hope to be one of the people who see it into the future. All the best.
