Brandon,

Thanks for the encouragement! Right now I am working on reading some online posts since I don't have much time to read (being a senior in college and working a part time job on top of baseball). I am sure you are familiar with the busyness! Do you have any recommendations for internships that would educate me further in the broad area of real estate?

I see what you're saying now. That seems like a great idea! I will begin calling today and let you know what I find. Thanks for your help!

Shawn,

This may seem like a silly question, but what do you mean by investor servicing? Would that be through like a Goldman Sachs? Or do you mean something different? If you have a couple companies in mind that are here in Indiana please let me know! Thanks for sharing all those books! I will start reading ASAP!

Thanks again!

Jeff,

Thank you for that information! I am aware that I will not be able to start investing until I am financially stable myself. You mentioned to work for or oversee a property management company, would you say that is the best experience I can get as a finance major to expand my knowledge on investing? I was thinking maybe interning or working as a loan officer in the future. I am not really sure, that is why I am on this site! Thanks again for your input!

Brandon

First of all I want to say thank you very much for spending so much time to educate all of us further on real estate investing. I watched your BRRRR webinar and I learned 500x more than I thought I would of. I do not have money to upgrade to Pro right now because I am currently a senior in college.

I have one question for you. I would love to start investing and I am not sure where to get started. Would you have any suggestions for possible internships that would help me understand all these concepts deeper? Or maybe a possible job that would educate me deeper?

I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks again for your help so far!
