@Spencer Gray Hi Spencer! Thank you so much for this insight; it definitely helps us get started. The variance of asset quality block-by-block is prevalent in most areas and it appears Indy is no different (thank you for confirming!). Regarding Franklin and Washington, yes I was referring to townships. Thank you again!

@Hayley Wild Hi Hayley! Thank you for your response and insight, it's much appreciated. In reference to the abandoned apartment complex on 38th and Post Rd., what initiatives are being taken by locals, city officials, etc. to mitigate/eliminate this crime source? Switching gears, are there more desirable areas than Warren or Lawrence? Thank you!

Hello Fellow BP'ers!

We're looking to expand our market footprint beyond Texas and into Indianapolis, IN as it has consistently passed our market criteria tests.

What's your thoughts on the best neighborhoods for value-add, Class B assets in the 4 - 100 unit range?

I've heard Franklin and Washington West are great. What about Warren and Lawrence?

Additionally, what good property management companies do you recommend we reach out to?

Thanks in advance for your contribution to this forum post.

Hello Fellow BP'ers!

We're looking to expand our market footprint beyond Texas and into Columbus, Ohio as it has consistently passed our market criteria tests. What's your thoughts on the best neighborhoods for value-add, Class B assets in the ~50 - 150+ unit range? I've heard the west side is great - Hilliard and Dublin in particular. What about Whitehall and the east side?

Additionally, what good property management companies do you recommend we reach out to?

Thanks in advance for your contribution to this forum post.
