Post: How do you deal with people who don't share the same ambition as you do.

I started my career at 18 years old with $24.21 in my account. I believe having something lined up is always a good option, and I recommend it to all new agents on my team. I personally did not, but it was a HUGE risk to not have something else lined up. Luckily, I was able to close a few in my first month (2021) when the market was still good. In this market, I would definitely get a second part-time job and juggle both of them around until you have at least 6 months of savings built.

Post: Why are agents going to EXP and REAL, is there really that good of money?

I was at eXp and now at REAL. The collaboration and the learning are the main reasons why I went to eXp and also why I'm now at REAL. If you can help different agents succeed, and best of all be financially aligned with their goals, why not? I was at a 70/30 with no rev share model, it was actually amazing don't get me wrong, I believe though personally that the rev share/cloud model is something I prefer, but it is not for everyone.

Love this thread.

As an agent, real estate itself is a concept that is quite simple to understand. Now, are there a ton of different ways to tackle real estate investing which is why so many people love it! Everyone believes in different things, in real estate, some people prefer one strategy over the other, but guess what, they ALL work if YOU work it.

That's why I believe in real estate because everyone has a chance to win in their own way with their own methods. The real estate industry is evolving daily, and we in the real estate community have adjusted periodically to accommodate different obstacles.

Real estate is fun, simple, and worthwhile if you put the time in. However, simple does not mean EASY. Hope this helps.
