Does anyone have experience using a Mass Housing loan to fund their purchase? I have two friends that have used a Mass Housing loan for their first house hacks but when I try to do my own research on Mass Housing I can't find much. From what I understand it is similar to an FHA loan.

So I didn’t any inquiries for the first couple days and than I changed my listing to allow Mets and I got three in one day and I showed my place to a couple who are empty nesters in there late 50s who are both healthcare workers and they loved the place.  They filled out an application, gave me their three most recent paystubs, and I screened them on key-check and I will have them sign the lease as soon as the screening is complete!

my name is Kyle and I have owned a two-bedroom condo in Dracut for the last three years.  Recently I decided to move out and rent with roommates a few minutes down the street from my condo in Lowell Massachusetts.  My condo is furnished, and I posted on Furnish Finder, and I would like to rent to Travel nurses.  I posted on Furnish Finder a week ago and still have not gotten any inquiries.  My condo is listed for $2800 on Furnish Finder and that includes utilities and Wi-Fi.  I was just posting because I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with travel nurses in my area?

       Hello everyone, my name is Kyle and I am new to the bigger pockets community.  I own a 2 bedroom condo in Dracut Massachusetts and I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom.  

      I have a potential tenant who I am in the process of screening.  I found this tenant on furnish finder and reached out and responded to their housing request.  The person who put in for the housing request was actually my potential tenants niece.  She is looking for a place for her 59 year old uncle while he is in rehab.  She said he is going to be receiving disability soon however during this time while his disability is pending she will be covering all expenses.  For this reason I requested that she allow me to screen her and her uncle and she said that was fine.  The screening is currently pending.

    I told her that the lease will be month to month and the first month rent and security deposit is required at the start of the lease.  I told her that I am planning on renting out the room for atleast a year so the lease could potentially keep getting extended up to a year.  I have made a rough draft of the roommate agreement/ lease so they will know what is allowed at my condo and overall what I expect.

     What I am wondering is how is it renting to tenants on disability?  Because they are on disability is it more a gaurantee that they will pay rent? Should I be concerned that this person is not on disability yet and his niece is covering the expenses for the time being?  Anything else I should be aware of?  I've heard there could be some accommodations I night have to make as long as they are in reason.  What exactly defines "in reason"?  Also I was wondering what would happen if the tenant stopped paying rent with a month to month lease?  If a tenant isn't paying rent and there lease is expired does this make it easier to kick them out?
