Currently 100 gallon. I'll keep it the same. Thanks for replies!

If you're painting not able to use a sprayer, highly recommend an 18-inch paint roller with an adjustable roller handle.

I currently have a 23 year old water heater in an 8 unit building. The inlet and outlet areas on the water heater are corroding, and when last checked, appear to have water pooled around them. I would rather have it replaced before a full blown leak occurs.

Looking online for a new water, I'm not sure of what to go with. It currently runs on natural gas. Should I go with a 98 gallon heater or will a 75 gallon suffice?

Thanks for all the replies!

To follow up, I'm purchasing a multi-family, do I need a trust account set up per property, or do I need to have one set up for each individual unit?

Thanks!

Hello,

I will recently be purchasing a rental property, and was told that in the state of Minnesota that the security deposits legally need to be put into a separate trust account. However, I can't find any Minnesota state statutes saying this.

If anyone would be able to give me any insight into this, or the correct way to hold security deposits, that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
