Does anyone have a Certified Liscenced Electrician in the northern New Jersey Essex County area that they can recommend for an inspection?

Hello, I am in the process of buying a family members home. I want to figure out the best way to purchase it. I will pay under market price for it. As he is only requiring I pay him approx. 4ook ( it's worth a lot more) 

He suggest to be added to the deed for 6 months and then refi? BUT will Capital gain get me in the end? 

Or should I just purchase it the conventional way. (I'm going to convert it into a 2 family and rent it out)

Please advise the BEST way to aquire it without induring a large amount of tax or penalties.

All mortgage payments are current. With the rise in interest rates....Is there any advantage to refinance to a conventional loan?

I currently own a 1 Family Home in Queens NY and I'm interested in converting it to a two family home. I'm looking for a Contractor to crunch numbers with and gather ideas.

I currently have one gas line/meter feeding 3 forced air heating units and 2 boilers. I'm looking for a Plumber that can add 2 more gas lines (a total of 3), so I can bill my tenants separately.
