Howdy all!

My name is Kyle Whittle and I live in Dallas, TX. I'm 23 years old and a recent grad of Texas A&M University. WHOOOPP! I received my bachelors in Finance and also took courses in real estate. I have been on the site for about a month now and its amazing how much I've learned in less than 30 days! This site has been a true blessing for me! I work in my family's business of building custom homes. We are located a few miles East of Dallas in Rockwall County. I keep the books for the company and also do some financial analysis.

I found out about Bigger Pockets while looking for a new podcast to entertain me on my morning commute! I'm addicted, I can't get enough. Even though I grew up with my parents/grandparents/uncles/aunts/ and cousins all in the real estate industry, I'm learning new things every day thru the podcast and blog posts.

I've decided I'm going to invest in a residential multifamily, most likely a quad, and live in one of the units myself. My goal is for my other 3 units to pay for my mortgage so I can essentially live rent free! I'm currently reading (Brandon you're going to love this) Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes, & Quads by Larry B. Loftis. Learning a lot of great stuff. If anyone has some advice or just general thoughts they would like to share with me about multifamily investing I'm all ears. Also, if your in the Dallas area and would like to connect send me a message!
