We have recently decided to create a partnership with my brother and sister in-law for property investments and splitting rehab costs and profit. Can anyone with experience in this tell me if it worked out well for you to parter with family? What went well and what did not? What should we do to protect ourselves if something went sour? What would you do differently? I’d love to hear your stories!

What’s your daily routine as a investor with a focus on flipping homes? If you time block your day, what would it look like?
