Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has gotten financing through Seek Business Capital or has some knowledge of this company? I was on the phone with someone from Seek and was wondering if anyone in the BP community has an opinion on them.

While on this topic, what are everyone’s opinions of Connected Investors (CIX)? I found Seek through CIX so any information on either of them would be fantastic.

Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone. I was wondering what people think is the most efficient way to raising private capital to fund a real estate deal for an X% return on their money? Any tips and pointers is greatly appreciated.

A friend of mine and I are thinking about doing The BRRR Strategy for the first time. For those of you you have done this strategy with hard money loans, what are some things you wished you knew before starting?

I have a tenant that is going to move out in about three months and I just started advertising the vacancy. How does everyone conduct their credit and background checks on potential renters?

@Joe Khan

Yes. I think I’ll refinance to a conventional once I’m able to.

@Nathan Norway

Bought it for $20,000 less than what they wanted. Was able to get the previous owner to fix up most of the issues, aside from some smaller stuff.

Each side should be able to rent for $1,500 and after saving 20% for vacancy and future expenses, should be able to clear just over $8,000 in cash flow in a year.
