@ Mr Garrett, thank you for the reply sir, id definitely be interested in future conversations / networking. ive lived here since my first purchase in Little Elm back in 2009, all have been purchases too reside in , im now interested in expanding too a few  rentals, possibly down the line land and build small group of Plex properties. very motivated and now making more time too becoming active here on the BP forumn. it is a pleasure too meet you look forward too more dialog.

Mrs Harjeet, thank you very much. im in a position where ive identified an area with growth potential, looking at two properties ( buy & hold) renters will be my recently reitired from military parents whom are moving too my area and want too lease for 12-24 months before they decide on which area too buy, my brother whom is in similar situation. my current problem is it seems I after talking with my LO,  thinking down the normal line of financing may not be the best option. im now looking outside the box toward creative financing  due too the lack of cash, downpayment. I am deeply greatful for the tiem youev taken too reply too my post . thank you very much

I’ll be honest Mr. devin.. I am a beginning beginner . I realize those entities are needed but didn’t realize upfront at this point prior too determine properties / locations / etc. I’m searching for persons locally that may find some value in anything I can offer all along while I walk along side their deLs and learn. Only thing I’ve done is used years putting myself financial in a decent position , credit wise in a fantastic position , the rest... I’m open & ready too learn . The things you’ve advised I’m hoping too learn in time from local persons generous with their time & knowledge .

Looking too network in these areas . Looking at first deal & how too go about. Property in my brother name, mild Work too fix up been done on my part, move in ready. Looking at prop manag. Or not Assumption or complete Sale into my name. Leave in brother name ( trust is there ) or not
