@Trenton Spence how many units is rental MF looking at? Depending on the sellers financial position, you may be able to get a VTB for the 8% difference. Unless you’ve explored this option, then disregard 😀

@Ronald Quaroni & @Dayne Peterson there's a group in Saskatchewan called REIGS, it's a networking platform on Facebook for Saskatchewan Investors. Not sure if you've heard of it. I'm down for more networking groups!

@Mark Neudorf I’m currently living in Martensville. I’ve been looking at the surrounding areas to see what’s available and what the rental market is like. Seems like Martensville and Warman have very low vacancy’s. How are you finding Rosthern?

Hey Mark, Nice to meet you. I just jointed the RIEGS page not long ago.  There seems to be a lot of willing and helpful members!  I was on the hunt for more Networking Platforms, and I'm glad I found that one!  I appreciate the off and will have to take you up on it sometime.
