I’ve been wondering how long it took to amass $1 million dollars net worth for those of you who have achieved it? Were you able to do it in 10 years or less with rental properties? If so, please explain how you did it!

It seems that you are just talking about cashflow though. Wouldn't we have to consider the loan pay down and appreciation of your properties over time as well? This would all be included on your ROI.

Would you say that acquiring 19 rentals that cash flow for $300-400 after expenses in 10 years is realistic in todays time?
