I'm looking to connect with others doing or interested in doing Workforce Housing in SW Florida.  Tons going on down here.  I currently have 130 units going through entitlements and have 150 more in design.

Purchase price: $350,000
Cash invested: $250,000
Sale price: $2,000,000

Entitled land flip. 70 workforce housing units and 8300 sf of commercial space.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Part of what I do in developing units. Sell a few entitled projects for quicker cash

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it myself and used Live Local Bill to get it entitled.
