Physically only currently in Phoenix, Just starting in Las Vegas and soon Houston.  They only deal with metro's where they can establish a physical presence and actually take part in the local market.

That being said there are members that snowbird to phoenix from Canada and other areas.  Everyone joint ventured in a project is motivated to get it done so even if one party can't be physically present time sensitive decisions will be made and everyone informed.

I actually used this method for awhile, problem is that the HELOC is pretty tempting to use when you have. As soon as you start carrying a balance it negates any benefits very quickly.

The membership prices very depending on what form of real estate you're interested in, be it Finding wholesale deals, Foreclosures, Flippin.  I've been with them for 2 or 3 months and have a F&F that is about ready to go to market.  They almost hold you're hand to much!
