Hello all! I am an agent and investor in Cleveland. I would love to see if I can help in any way!

Thanks, yes it’s been awesome, and a great learning experience. I’ve been really blessed with good people around me, and have been able to purchase units through partnerships with them.

Nice work! How many rentals did you purchase and how did you finance the purchases?

Thanks! We financed these mostly through traditional bank lending. We have also got loans from friends and family members.

Hi Kyle. Congratulations on 14 units. What neighborhoods are you primarily investing in?

Thanks man! It has been a great experience so far. Right now primarily in Slavic Village and Newburgh Heights. Have you invested in the area?

Hello,

I am a real estate investor in the Cleveland area. I started investing in Real estate 2 years ago, and have grown to 14 units in that time frame. I am in the process of obtaining my real estate license and will be up and running in the middle of November. I'd love to talk about the real estate markets in Cleveland and see if I can be a resource.

I have a property under contract for $43k. I was planning on buying it and I am working with the bank to finalize everything. I have not put anything down yet. I have an investor friend of mine that wants to buy it for $65k. How do I sell him the contract? I have never done this before, any info on it would be great. Thanks a bunch!

@Jeremy Pelle find someone you know and trust and invest in other cities with lower home costs, better cash on cash return, and cash flow. 60k could buy 8-10 units in Cleveland area.
