Thank you all for your responses. My intention in asking the question in the forum is to obtain perspective from others in the community. My Father once purchased a home that had terrible issues with a flooding basement. He did not take the time to get the best inspection. Later we had people in the neighborhood who all knew about this issue and of course it made my Parents regret the purchase.

I need advice on what to do about reporting a home that is for sale in Sammamish that had an inspection report that concluded there was property damage due to improper construction. This occurred when the home was  originally built. I don't want to see a buyer become a victim of buying a home that has this kind of issue. The inspection was done from a company in Bellevue with an impeccable reputation. They used infrared cameras to detect this information. Should I post the report and information on Zillow?
