Thank you for your thoughts and comments. Other options I'm looking into are a heloc or a line of credit. What are your thoughts on these options compared to 401k borrowing?

I'm new to Realestate investing and am in the process of closing on my first rental. Since then I've learned of the brrrr strategy. My main issue is raising the initial capital to begin the brrrr with a second house. What are people's thoughts on borrowing from your 401k to get the initial capital? I'm considering this strategy after this first investment is established, in roughly 6 to 9 months from now.
