@Frank Geiger and @Chris Karley, thank you guys for the input. I will revisit the numbers. Maybe I will see that the numbers work out if they are willing to make an easy sell for less than $250k. Because we would emotionally like to own this property for some conveniences, I need to keep this decision based on the numbers making sense, so I am really thankful to have this platform for feedback.

Thanks for the feedback Taylor. I do believe that I don't know what I don't know. Going to conferences helps to cast a broad light on many different areas. Going to conferences and meeting people helped us take our small business from a 1 man operation with a small vision to a now 7 person team with expanding vision. Learning of a great CRM and getting plugged into a great coaching community where some of my biggest takeaway from the early conferences in my current industry. Of course the relationships built at conferences and meet ups is always the best part.

I’m reconsidering attending the upcoming 2019 BP Conference.

Would you be willing to share your experience or opinion in attending this conference. My wife and I are rookies at Real Estate Investing but have found conferences and masterminds to priceless in our primary business.

What I am asking for thoughts on is if as a rookie it is worth the investment before having our first deal and also thoughts on only one of us attending versus both..
