@Monica Kennedy Thanks for the feedback Monica that is a great idea. I do currently have a home and kids. If I would have thought about the house hacking 15 yoa definitely would have jumped on it. Thanks again.

I am new to property investing. I would like to invest in rental property but I have about 90,000 in student loan debt. Should I pay this down before investing? I do have good credit and good paying job.
