Fair enough , it was quite broad. I have 2 rentals now but would really like to buy some wholesales and rehabs and try to add 1 or 2 buy and holds per year. I mostly need to find the financing and do some networking to find some sellers, buyers and build a team so basically start from square 1. I go to every seminar and class I can and watch DVDs and read all the books. I'm just needing to make a first leap.
