Post: Should I just bite the bullet?

Hey guys.  I am 25 years old. Just made an account and have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for a while.

Real estate investing is something I've been thinking about for a long time. I think I am finally ready to move forward with something.

I live in South Jersey and am looking at properties with easy access to major highways. Mortgage rates are historically low and people are escaping NYC like crazy due to covid, so I think now is the time to make some moves.

I was wondering how much did you guys deliberate over your very first purchase?

I guess I am just having cold feet on making such a big decision like this.  Should I just go through with it and leave the rest to fate?  Gotta start somewhere right?

Thanks!
