Hey Brian,

I am a Realtor who specializes in real estate investing. I began by purchasing my first investment property here in Anchorage in 2008 (A 4 plex) while I was still working for the military. I acquired a few rental properties before I decided to get into it myself to help people like you go through the process with someone who has first hand experience. I would love to help answer some of your questions you have about the process and help build a plan to get you to your real estate goals. 

We are also hosting a big real estate investing panel with many different professionals that can help teach you things about the process. We will have a property manager, real estate attorney, lenders who specialize in real estate investing, 1031 tax exchange specialist and more. This event is made for people like yourself to come meet local professionals who specialize in different areas of real estate. There is no cost and no obligation to using anyone that speaks at the event, but you may end up wanting to add most or all of them to your support circle when you begin investing. 

The event is May 2nd from 6-8:30pm.

Hi All,

My name is Jonathon Rodriguez and I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group. I have been a real estate investor since 2008 when I first purchased a 4 plex in Anchorage. Two years later in 2010 I became a Realtor with the intent to help other investors like myself achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. My goal and mission is to help new and seasoned investors reach their real estate investing goals and provide them with the tools, resources and network necessary to be successful investing in real estate. 

I specialize in assisting investors acquire or liquidate single unit dwellings on up to 100+ unit properties. With a fast moving market, most of the best investments sell before they come to the public market or right when they hit the MLS. My clients have the best opportunity to purchase those properties as I usually know about them prior to them coming to the publics eye.

As a real estate investor, I hope to grow my knowledge off of other real estate investors and provide you with all the knowledge and lessons I have learned over the years.
