Ok thanks for confirming. That is what I thought. It may sound silly but for a moment I got confused as to whether I should be factoring in somehow the property that I am doing the refi on. 

Hi, yes the plan is to fund the whole purchase with the re-fi.

Has anyone used the Bigger Pockets Rental property calculator in the situation that you are going to buy a property using funds from a Re-fi? But the twist is that the Re-fi is on a property that was bought in cash. Any tips on how to use it in that case?
