The best presentation I DIDN'T see was Jon Holdman's understanding cash flow!! I love the clear, practical analysis in his posts. Hopefully next year. Or sooner- virtually.

I found the presentations from people who have just figured this stuff out refreshing as well. Less polished speakers are fine with me- maybe even better- as long as the content is good.

Hey, I loved the summit (see the details in the Highlights thread). I think Josh mentioned a survey or form he was going to send out- or is there a link somewhere? Did I miss that? I'd love to fill it out before the afterglow wears off and I'm back to my daily routine.

I really enjoyed the summit. We got our money's worth, that's for sure! I liked that it was good for both beginners and more experienced investors.

My husband, who up until now has paid almost no attention to my real estate dealings (so beginner), got an overview of what I've been doing, terminology, the many different approaches to build wealth, an overview of market fundamentals and where real estate is right now. He always supported me before, but now he's really excited about what we can do together going forward!

I learned lots of good nuggets about how to improve going forward, that there is no one right way to do things (and lots of wrong ways- ha), and best of all, more places to dig for answers! I could also see that even very experienced investors got a lot out of it.

I also enjoyed meeting the varied people, talking shop, and that the speakers were mixing it up with the rest of us. I loved Josh's earnestness and sincerity. The summit lived up to it's billing as no guru cheese-ball selling and junk. Authentic. Keep it that way.

Yay- See y'all tomorrow. I've got to catch a flight now!

Hello Fabulous Women! Looks like the best place to meet is Altitude Restaurant. It's in the Hyatt. We'll meet at noon on Friday and have lunch and good conversation!! Then we are a short elevator ride to Peaks lounge where the general networking starts a bit later.
