@Scott M. Thanks that’s a good advice. I have looked at the numbers and examined those scenarios. Hopefully when I talk to them we can find a common ground that’s a win win for both of us. I do not plan on letting them go but to at least raise their rent near but below market. But it’s lo up to them if they want to move.

@Scott M. My return is not the same if I do not rent it to market rate. I’ll be breaking even. With the taxes going up and the maintenance cost going up, it can’t stay with that current rate
