No, I did not work with them. I went with Meridian Property Management.

@Brett Herman, how has been your experience so far with Renters Warehouse? I’m considering them for one of my rentals in KCMO. Thanks!

Hi Aaron: I have not found anyone yet. I know banks that will do conventional loans with no limit but not portfolio lenders. I am open to Independence and other areas as long as they are safe.

@Shane Keith thanks! I will reach out to Steve and let you know if something works out! I’m always looking for properties in the $20-$30k needing light to medium rehab in good C neighborhoods, so if you come across anything, I’d like to know.

Hi, I am looking to rehab multiple single family properties in Kansas City, MO. I will be using a hard money loan and once the property is rehabbed and tenanted, will refi with long term financing. While there are plenty of hard money lenders to fund the purchase and rehab, I am not finding many lenders who will refi in the $40k-$60k ARV range. Most lenders have a minimum threshold of $75k property value. Any suggestions who may be able to help in this regard?

Thanks,

Kushal

@Logan Allec, thanks! Please introduce me to your friend.

Hi Anne, Did you work with BBI? I’d love to hear about your experience. Thanks, Kushal

Does anyone have any experience with this property management company in Kansas City, MO? They were upfront when I spoke to them but their clients are too busy to give a reference. They also told me that their eviction rate or vacancy rate (can’t remember which one) is the lowest in the nation.

Hey Akash, I have been working with USREEB for over a year now and have multiple properties under management with them. I am in Marin County and have similar real estate goals as yours. Let me know if you’d like to meet for coffee sometime and talk further.
