I appreciate the advice. I do have to pay a fee but I will be much better off. My Cincinnati management team is much better. It is great to hear what others have to say.

I have 4 different properties managers but the one in Cleveland has been very difficult  to communicate with and charging me a maintenance fee and can’t show me a receipt. Had to do an HVAC inspection per city inspection (sec 8)  they charged me $350 and the city did not accept their HVAC inspection  so I had to call one myself because of time sensitivity. Only cost me $194. That is one issue out of many.
