Hello,

I'm just starting out and looking to house hack. I currently live at home and have been saving up for a downpayment. I got preapproved for a 300k loan and what to start looking in the south metro area (Eagan, Apple Valley, Lakeville, ect...)but I have been getting mixed signals from multiple sources on what people think is going to happen with the Real Estate market. While I understand nobody has a crystal ball, it would be nice to get an investor's point of view on the topic at hand.

Thank you

I'm looking to get started on my real estate journey. I've read quite a few different books on the topic and had seen Kris Krohn on YouTube. I was looking into his program on Lease Options and didn't know if it was worth the 2k for a newcomer. If anyone has tried it please let me know your thoughts both positive and negative. Thanks in advance!

I'm rather new to real estate investing, and I'm planning on getting my first property and house hacking it along with having roommates (Tri-plex, rent out other two sections, and have friends move in with me by renting out my rooms in my section). I didn't know how this would work on the tax side of things. I will be using an LLC but didn't know if things would get tricky since I would be living there too. I know there are more tax advantages when it is an investment property but I was wondering if I couldn't use it as such since it will be my primary residency. Any information would be helpful! Thanks
