Hey @Brendon Woirhaye, thanks for the welcoming! Primarily I build custom furniture, as far as the home improvement side: general home repair (doors, drywall, paint etc).  I've always believed in the ability to put yourself to work rather than hiring a contractor.  As far as my goals, I would love to help an investor up that curb appeal while adding some investing tools to my toolbelt.  Thanks for reaching out!

Hello all! Just wanted to reach out and say hello to the forum.  A little about me, I'm a full-time woodworker looking to add some value and benefit from a relationship with either a new investor or someone more seasoned that needs help rehabbing properties themselves without using a general contractor. I've spent most of my adult life fixing things and its what I enjoy doing and want to help someone else out in their real estate journey as well!
