So my dream is to be a real estate investor and I’ve been learning so much for about 6 months and I just happens across a huge boost, my grandmothers house worth in the ballpark of 200k totally paid off!!! So before I just jump in it would be awesome to hear what you guys would do with it? I want to use it to get my first rental.
