In most cases, I would stay away. Honestly, you're getting bottom of the barrel "deals". Plus, wholesaler analysis on properties has some of the worst example of arithmetic errors and optimism I have ever seen.

I think the same thing. I figured they are wholesalers and I truly dont understand who calls. Thank you everyone for confirming my initial hypothesis I live in Ocala FL ( the shores area) and it is a middle working class area. It isnt exactly bottom of the barrel home owners. I get annoyed whenever I see "fast cash in hand". I feel like i'm watching a old Money Mutual ad :/

Hello BP!

As i drive around where i live, I see A LOT of the signs for "we buy houses", "my wife buys your house" "I buy cash and fast!". Are these people Wholesalers marketing? Or are these investors looking for deals? Any additional information that you'd like to share on their uses would be helpful.

Thank you!

Hello!

My name is Kurt Snider. I am 22 and i was a OTR driver for the past 8 months. Due to family and friends, I came back to Ocala FL. Im having the struggle of finding a job here that pays more than 10/HR and a REALLY do not want to go back over the road to get the last 4 months of experience in order to get a local job. I'm sure I will figure something out though! Anyways! to the niche I want to enter.

I am aware that you can buy parts or the entirety of a FSBO contract. I am looking for more details on that AND also on how to do the exact same thing with BHPH car dealers. The Ocala market is insanely populated with these places. I'm talking a ton of them. I drive down 441 and maricamp and see at least 18. I think there is a market for buying their contracts on their cars, but I don't know the method and statistics on how to do so. These are the reason I am here.

If anyone can even point me to what section to post this question, I'd be forever grateful!
