Hi, Thank you for your input.

Yes, it is a new construction and the apartments are high end with own parking deck.None of the apartments or townhomes are gated.

There is not much open land for future developments around there but all of the other communities were built around 90’s with townhomes renting around $1700.

They are 2 miles to I85.Hope i have answered your questions.

please let me know if it would be a good investment.

Hi, Hope y’all are doing well.

I am new to real estate investment and need all the seasoned investors advice for my first investment.

Property Details:

1. 100+ Townhomes with 300+ grade A apartments in the same 30 acres.

2. Close to I85

3. Schools: Elementary- 8; Middle and High -6 ratings.

Is it a good idea to buy a townhome for investment in it ?

Please let me know if it will be a good or bad investment and your thoughts on it.

Thank you
