well Ned, I'm moving forward and building my team is the next steps. i thought this was the place to ask questions like this. and so i have. i like your thoughts. but i will have many more questions as i haven't come across mentor as of yet. im looking for that first deal and need the team to be ready! i can look at homes and speak to sellers till im blue in the face but its time to get a deal done! thanks for you input. ill keep the questions coming!

im looking to wholesale for a bit to build some cash. then would love to put my home improvement company to work rehabbing and doing some holding for passive income. i dont want to own my job anymore but own my business and create more time for myself. Cant get enuogh Sabres and the Bills made some excellent moves in the off season.

Hello everyone, My girlfriend and I are starting to get into the Real Estate game and she found this website and i find it to be great! loads of people communicating, asking questions and actually getting them answered. we're trying to get a buyers list going and got a few on the list, now time to find those elusive properties.
