@Drew Sygit you are correct in that PropertyMeld does do a lot, however you still need maintenance coordinators to assign vendors. My solution handles the whole workflow end to end, so that a human may only need to verify large requests and verify payment information! Saves a lot more time

The platform will integrate with your existing property management software like AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, and RentManager.
