@Drew Sygit you are correct in that PropertyMeld does do a lot, however you still need maintenance coordinators to assign vendors. My solution handles the whole workflow end to end, so that a human may only need to verify large requests and verify payment information! Saves a lot more time

Hey everyone,

I am curious how different property managers handle maintenance requests. Do you mostly rely on your property management software, or do you have additional processes in place to keep things running smoothly?

What are the biggest challenges you face when it comes to assigning vendors, scheduling, and making sure requests are handled quickly?

Would love to hear how others are tackling this. Any tips or insights?

Hey everyone,

I am working on a solution to automate maintenance requests, from intake and analysis to vendor assignment and scheduling, helping property managers save time and reduce back and forth communication. The platform will integrate with your existing property management software like AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, and RentManager.

I would love to hear from property managers about how you currently handle maintenance and what challenges you face. What parts of the process feel the most frustrating or time-consuming?

If you are open to sharing your experience, I would really appreciate your insights. Looking forward to the discussion.

Thanks,
Kuba
