Thank you Ned Pam and James.. That was quick.i like this site already. I'm not sure about the shortage of 2 bdrm rentals for the area. I know that most are 3 bdrm at 950 to 1050.I know that the rental rates are also high on 2's. There asking 39999 rents go for 850 on the 2's

Just starting out...Bought first 3 bdrm rental a few months back. It's doing great. Looking at a couple 2 bdrm rentals in a good area tomorrow morning. Not too sure about 2 bdrms. Anyone have any insite on 2 bdrm rentals
