Thank you so much for all the great information. I now have a Realtor that's going to assist me with my first offer. I will let you know how things turn out. I love this website!

Thanks again.

Hello,

I am a newbie and I plan to put in offers on SFH sometime in the near future as I continue to build knowledge from this website. I am kind of clueless as to how to fill out a purchase agreement to put in an offer. Are there any sample agreements available that I can use as a model?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Post: Unsecured Credit for New LLC

Hello,

I keep hearing and reading that there are ways to get unsecured lines of credit with a credit score below 680 using your LLC. I have a brand new LLC and I'm looking to get business credit between $50,000 - $200,000. I know it's possible to get it even with a brand new LLC, but I just need to know where to go to apply for it.

If someone can point me in the right direction, I would be so grateful.

Thank you.
