I found this property in Bronx, owner passed away few mounts ago, has kids, I spoke to son and he never inherited it, it was already scheduled for foreclosure, but Zillow says off the market, is it anyway I can buy it without going to auction

Thank you!

Hello BP!

So As everyone suggests here, i went out to my first Real Estate networking event yesterday. Maybe just had a bad luck or so, but wasn't really pleasant place to be, it kinda felt like no one cared and doesn't want to talk to you if you new and have nothing to offer. i was just wondering if anyone out here had similar experience or maybe has a suggestion. How should i properly approach people, ask right questions and etc. Any info would help, thank you!

hello everyone!

Just want to introduce myself. I'm very new to all this investment things. So i figured, through all blogs here, to get access to MLS i have to be licensed agent. but i found this one http://www.mls.com/ and its only 49.00$ a monts and didn't require any proof of license. so my question: am i using a wrong web?

 thank you!
