First, I would like to say that I am finding alot of knowledgeable information to gleam from on "biggerpockets".........thanks!

A little information about me..............hmmmmm. Well, my professional background experience consist of 20+ years in the corporate world in the "Project Management" arena. In '2002 I found that my business travel had increased to approximately 80%+ and started contemplating my next career interest/move.

In early '2003 I left the corporate world and got involved in the landscaping business, however this quickly turned into doing other types of projects for people and it led me down the road of providing value-added property maintenance management services.

It's now going on 5 years in this business and although it's had it's ups-and-downs I have extremely enjoyed doing this type of work and helping others. It is now time for me to branch out further and get involved in investing on a larger scale versus partnering on small single family rehabs/flips.

I joined "biggerpockets" in order to further hone my skills and education and to network with others in this market. It seems as though I learn something new on a daily basis and hopefully learn by any mistakes I make. I have a long ways to go but look forward with baited breath to the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Look forward to developing solid relationships. If anyone is interested in kicking around ideas, hit me up!

Good luck everyone!
