I'm attending my first live auction on June 6th in Marietta, GA. The estimated opening big, listed on Auction.com, for the particular house I'm interested in is $55k. Is it likely the opening bid will actually be around the estimated opening bid?

I have read many complaints on BP regarding online auction sites like auction.com and HUBZU but does anyone have a success story? 

Anyone who has ever fixed and flipped a house definitely has some kind of story to tell! We always hear about "the secrets to success" and how we are all going to be millionaires if we buy this book and follow those 5 simple steps but I think the most valuable lessons I've learned were from simply having first hand experience.

Please take a moment to share a fix and flip experience that left you with an invaluable experience!

Hello to all! My name is Krystal Wilbanks and I am fairly new to the world of being a Hard Money Broker. I have great contacts/network to make deals happen for both the lender and the borrower and just recently decided to peruse brokering as a full-time job instead of telling investors "I know this private lender, here is his number, call him and see what he can do for you"
